Bearings 2000 (B2K) has acquired the stock and assets of IWIS Drive Systems South Africa and will take over the distribution of IWIS Drive Systems brands across Sub-Saharan Africa.
The deal, follows IWIS Drive Systems’ decision to exit the South African market. This marks a significant milestone for B2K, emphasising our commitment to expanding and strengthening our power transmission offerings in the region.
