Aachen, 14 April, 2013: At Hannover Messe 2013, Elgeti Engineering presented his last version of EELPAX test rig to the public and visitors. The benefits of the new bearing test rig are greater than the EELPAX versions developed in the past years.
Elgeti developed and delivered already several axial bearing test rig with Type EELPAX-310 for a German company (see specification) which was been designed and equipped with a special feature for high temperature testing significantly above 200°C. Apart from that, temperatures of inner and outer rings could be measured simultaneously with the EELPAX-310.
The new EELPAX-200 which did now start its service is the third type of Elgeti’s successful EELPAX series after EELPAX-130 and EELPAX-310. This test rig is suitable for lifetime testing of bearings up to 200 mm outer diameter and equipped with two test stations with two independent lubrication units and hydraulic circuits. By this concept, both remarkable precision and repeatability as flexibility of test parameters are ensured.
